My philosophy is to learn as much as I can so that I give the best treatment to my patients. That means to be as conservative as I can be while preserving the health of my patients. This could mean a complete rehabilitation of the teeth to orthodontics or a simple reshaping of teeth to harmonize the bite. This Harmony or Balance is not only important to the bite but also is part of the patient’s whole health. Integrative Dental Health involves looking for the impact the body has on your teeth and all the structures of your head and neck. This includes airway, posture and structural integrity may have a direct effect on how the teeth come together and bite. If you have chipping or broken teeth, teeth that are occasionally sensitive, it may be your bite. Headaches can also be a symptom of your bite. Establishing this balance or harmony is a way to reset and calm your whole system.

I had a great experience at my multiple visits with Dr. Cibischino and his staff! I have been experiencing jaw pain for a few years now and finally started looking for an actual solution. Dr. Cibischino made me an oral splint that has helped tremendously. He takes the time to listen to you and make sure that the process is actually moving in the right direction! Dr. Cibischino and his staff (Alicia and Angela) are all extremely kind and professional and I highly recommend this practice!
It's not easy finding a dentist but if you're in the area, Dr. Cibischino (or Dr. C) is the one for you! I've been seeing Dr. C since 2022 and every visit since the first has been equally as pleasant. He carefully crafted a mouth guard tailored to me to address my TMJ, he performed a root canal on me that was virtually painless. The office is quaint, and Dr. C's staff is top notch too! I come to Michelle for my routine cleanings, Alicia holds my hand for more involved procedures, and Angela always accommodates me from her seat at the front desk. I love Dr. C and his team and I know you will too!
The office is very inviting and Super clean. The staff is very professional and explain in detail what they are going to do to your teeth. Also you will not have any pain if Dr.C can avoid it. He truly has magical hands. The Very Best Dentist and Team in the Bergen County area.

When Dr Israel took over the practice, I was nervous for my son who has autism and change is not easy for him. He had been going to Dr C since he was born. He’s 25 now and any type of change is super scary! WELL…. All the fears were gone in an instant when he met Dr Israel!!!! Dr Israel was so so so compassionate and took his time with my son so he would feel comfortable! As a mother to a son that has this disability, this is HUGE!!! What a pleasant surprise! I am BEYOND thankful for Dr Israel and the incredible staff at Precision Smiles who take the time and have the patience to make everyone feel comfortable! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!!!
