My son's initial appointment was yesterday at 4:45. They took X ray's, then stated, that the Dentist was in a conference call and will be awhile. Come back tomorrow at 5. I always was uneasy as the chairs in the waiting room are disgustingly dirty. We arrive today at 4:45. Although my son is 19 years old, he's special needs. I put that on the paperwork. They call his nane and told me that I couldn't go in the room with him. Long story short. As I'm sitting in the room with him waiting. The room floor was dirty. There's a needle on the floor by the biohazard container that was wide open. Meet the Dentist. Her mask hanging under her nose. I told her there was a needle on the floor. She totally disregarded what I said. She told me I had to leave the room. She leaves out to see another patient. The assistant came in the room and her mask was under her nose also. I told my son to get up. We left. I took pictures. I definitely don't recommend Unique Family Dentistry. They should be ashamed of themselves. This is definitely a health and safety issue.
