If I could I would leave zero stars! Extremely unprofessional!! I waited forever in the waiting room and when I was called into the room I was advised I could not bring my newborn son (who was in a stroller) into the room that I would have to leave him unattended in the hallway! I asked her was she serious?!? Why would I leave my baby in the hallway and this was my first visit ever to this office! The Doctor Screamed at me in the middle of the office!! Avoid this psycho at all costs!! I definitely reported her to my health insurance provider!

Not professional they make me call out more then 4 time for a appointment when I’m get inside the office they said they gonna give me a other appointment

I just want to start saying that I usually don't leave reviews, however I felt the need to warn people before they even step foot in here. To start, we switched insurance and came here for a regular cleaning. The dentist said my daughter had 5 cavities , when I asked to show me the x-rays they said they couldn't. Thought it was odd. The staff was very rude. I had a bad feeling so I went somewhere else, paid out of pocket and turns out my daughter only has 1 cavity!!! If you're shopping around- do yourself a favor and don't go here. Thankfully I followed my instincts !

If I could give 0 I would! Firstly, visited to have a very poor filling - filling fell out the very next day and when I called for a temporary filling to replace now gaping hole - dentist did not not have decency to see me - just told me I needed to find a dental surgeon for an extraction! Found a dental surgeon and they did not send referral as.promised!

My first time going here and I’ve finally found my dentist! Dr. Ghaffari is so professional and friendly. She had me talking as if we were old friends all while making my teeth shine. I can’t wait until my next appointment!

I’ve never had a problem coming here. At most the wait can be lengthy but nothing worth crying over. The receptionists are really nice and answer my questions effectively. With the doctor visit itself, I usually just get a cleaning/checkup. They could go a little deeper with the cleaning but overall 4/5

Oh wow I’m surprised to see so many 1 star reviews. I’m actually very pleased with this location. I been coming every 6 months for my cleaning for 2 yrs and especially the front desk lady Cinthia it’s the sweetest and very polite for any question or concern I have. Dr. Ghaffari Is my favorite and I really have a great experience every time I go, she does to the point. I never waited over 10 minutes at the waiting room, but I’m also on time to all my appointments. The rooms are a little tiny but they have everything they need. I referred my mother and she was amazed with the customer service skills of Cinthia and Dr. Ghaffari. They also speak Spanish. Thank you Unique Family Dentistry.

PLEASE GUYS READ REVIEW S THAT HAPPEN TO ME.THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE CLINIC EVER IS JULY AND NOBODY CONTACT ME ABOUT MY TEETH AFTER REMOVE 4 OF MY TEETH S NOW THEY SAID THAT INSURENCE NOT COVER I CALL FEW TIMES TO TALK TO WHO IS IN CHARGER WITH THAT BUTCHER STILL NOBODY CONTACT ME I SPEAK IN SPANISH ENGLISH NOTHING THEY CURE A CAVITY AND FELL NEXT DAY I WENT BACK THE DENTIST THAT DID IT WAS NOT THERE THEY TOLD ME THEY GONNA REMOVE ONE FRONT TEETH THEY REMOVE 4 AND I STILL HAS NO ANSWER...SO THATS MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT HAPPEN 7 MONTHS AGO STILL NOBODY CONTACT FROM THE RECEPTION TO THE DOCTORS ALL GARBAGE THE APP DON'T LET ME GIVE YOU MINUS START THEY DONT DESERVE 1 START.......nobody contact me i am still waiting someone to call i call few times and want to talk to manager or who is in chargwr and they told that someone will contavt me and you guys just need to take one front right teeth NO 4 i call the same day 20 min pater after i get home still with pain and talk to front desk and ask that why nobody told that they gonna remove it .......i was told they gonna remove only one and she told me that was not right .....she knows ....about Insurence they not aprove yes after 7 months later you guys are butcher...and very rude
