Very disappointed about the Service they provided. I went there for a tooth extraction, they made me pay up front, so I did since they had already done X-rays and knew exactly what kind of extraction I needed. Once I made the payments, they brought me into the room and the dentist came and started with the anesthesia to remove the teeth. When she was done with the anesthesia and I was numbed, she walked out of the room and left me waiting for almost 30 minutes . I even fell asleep and then the secretary came to the room asking for  $200 extra because my insurance doesn’t cover the “extra work”. This is very unprofessional because they should’ve told me about any extra charges before they did the anesthesia, they had a few weeks to review my case, to only find out about the extra work after I was already under the anesthesia. I am glad they refunded the money I paid upfront but  my question is why they apply anesthesia for no reason ??? I left the dental office with half of my face asleep , They should’ve checked if my insurance covers or not  before they start anything , Very unprofessional .. never going back there ,

Terrible service. Don’t waste your time here. The dentist did a poor job of cleaning. She spent less than 1 minute cleaning. I shouldn’t be paying a hefty amount a month on insurance just so you spend 1 freaking minute cleaning. This is robbery and insurance fraud.
