I've been coming to KRB for a while, my first couple of visits I would describe as great or good. However on this last visit,it felt as though the phone call to schedule was rude. When I arrived no one said a single word they just looked at me like I done something wrong, there is a sign in sheet so I signed in still no words just looking at me. So im wondering what I've done i haven't been here in over a year. As I wait I can hear them talking bout me and people peeping out into the lobby to see who I was , at least that's what I felt, extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing! And I dnt feel i got what I asked for or scheduled for over the phone; they just done what they wanted to minus the polish and charged, I only wanted what was completely covered by insurance, However im thankful for the experience, but will not be back.
