Have had no problems with a Crown installed by Dr Fredericks on a lower tooth last year; been coming here since CompuServe was a thing. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it, her office and staff are great.

Dr Fredricks is an amazing dentist. She has fantastic and wonderful helpers working with her. I highly recommend Dr. Fredricks.

I. Love. This. Dentist!!! Dr. Fredericks is AMAZING!! She’s so gentle, and explains everything that she’s going to do beforehand, and answers every question you may have before, during and after. I was nervous about getting a crown, but I needn’t have been—it was painless and easy! I’d heard that getting a deep cleaning is very painful (after the novocaine wears off), but I had ZERO pain!! Any anxiety I had about going to the dentist VANISHED. Not only that, but I actually….. (*GASP!*) looked forward to my second appointment!!! There’s no awkwardness whatsoever while sitting there in the chair, as Dr. Fredericks has lots of entertaining stories with which to regale you (and she’s a great storyteller!). Not only is Dr. Fredericks amazing, but her support staff is also just as caring as she is. Maria, the Registered Dental Assistant, is so sweet and incredibly caring and makes you feel like you've been friends for years. She hugged me when I left! Kelli walks you through the procedures Dr. Fredericks will perform, and informs you BEFOREHAND what it will cost, as well as what the timeline will be (if you’re having more than just a cavity filled). There were no surprises—except perhaps for how well I was treated by every single person there! I was treated as though I was their only patient, and like royalty at that.

Been seeing doctor Frederick's for close to 35 years. I have never had a bad experience in all of that time. She is quite thorough and guarantees her work. In addition, the staff is very pleasant and appointment timing has been punctual all these years.

The team at Dr. Fredericks office are top notch. I have been a client since 1991, 34+ years and most of my life... Even when living out of state or in the OC, I would still drive back up or coordinate my appointments when in town. From both the front and back offices with Kelli and Brenda, to the assistant Kim, or my hygenist Haydee, the team makes me feel welcome. Dr. Fredericks and her team has seen me through getting braces as a kid at the office next door, or getting my wisdom teeth pulled. Her and her team has seen me through it all.
