I’ve been HORRIBLE about dental visits for longer than I care to admit! My husband found Dr. Frederick’s & I couldn’t be happier! They are friendly, efficient, clean & have made my overdue dental return a BREEZE!!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Fredericks for many years. She is always nice to me and makes me feel at ease. Several times after procedures, she’s reached out to me after hours to see how I’m doing. The real hidden gem at this practice is Heidi the hygienist. Heidi has a very calming personality and is super efficient at what she does. I truly look forward to each and every time I come in for cleanings.

Everybody is so kind and nice. I highly recommend them.

We visited Dr. Fredrick’s office at Southern Cal Smiles for a checkup. They were prompt in confirming our appointment. The office was clean with calm atmosphere. The entire staff was friendly from the front desk to the dentist. Both my husband and my daughter required some dental work, and Dr. Fredrick thoughtfully developed personalized treatment plans for each of them, addressing their specific needs. While their office didn't initially accept our insurance, the team went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter receives the necessary treatment, even finding a specialist who could help, despite the initial insurance hurdles. Dr. Fredericks attention to detail in patient care during the checkup process was very helpful. She cared how the patient feels during the procedure. Showing professionalism, friendliness, and easy to talk to. She is very honest, trustworthy, and Passionate about providing care to those in need. I would give her a 5 star review reputation as a dentist because she put us at ease and confident in our choice of dentist. They are a team of excellence and I am impressed with Dr. Frederick’s knowledge and dedication. Obviously, you’re looking for a dentist. No fun, right? Well lucky for you, this is the last review you’ll have to read to make your decision! Dr. Susan Fredericks is everything you could possibly want in a dentist: competence, compassion and creativity. That’s right, I said “creativity.” That’s because Dr. Susan is truly a problem solver, and solving problems requires creative thinking. Take my case: I have a whole laundry list of dental requirements due to the daily radiation treatments they used on my head/neck cancer. My family dentist even declined to treat me because my teeth and gums are so sensitive. But Dr. Susan has been able to address all my special needs to care for my dental health, including cleanings and filling three pretty good-size cavities. And BTW, I’ve never experienced the slightest pain or discomfort in Dr. Susan’s chair. So that’s it. The last dentist review you need to read. Unless you enjoy reading dentist reviews. In which case, you’re kinda weird, no offense!
