Susan Fredericks is an excellent dentist. She has a staff that is both professional and friendly. The office environment is comfortable, relaxed and that's why Dr. Fredericks has been my dentist of 41 years and counting.

Dr Fredericks and her staff continue to impress! I had a crown on my dental implant come off and Dr Fredericks fit me in that day even though she had a full schedule and it was two days before Thanksgiving! She is the best dentist, with the most knowledge and love of her craft, than any other dentist I’ve gone to, and I’m 59 years old! I can’t say enough good things about her and her dental practice. Dr Susan Fredericks has changed my perception of dentistry entirely. I have always been afraid of the Dentist, whether it’s because of pain or the noises that dental tools make. However, Dr Fredericks has the most gentle hand and calming spirit of any provider I’ve ever had. She is so warm, so intelligent, and has the most kind and competent staff. The office staff use text-based communication, which in my opinion is efficient And helps with remembering appointment times and office location. She gets you in quickly when you’re in pain and makes you feel taken care of. I promise you, if you come to her office once you will never see another dentist again. If there were more than five stars, I would rate them higher.

Susan has been my dentist for over 10 years now. Not only does she do great work, she is always pleasant and happy to see you, and is very honest and doesn’t try and sell you dental work you don’t need. If you choose to use Susan for your dental work, you won’t be disappointed.

This was actually my first time ever going to a dentist. I'm glad it was here, best service and attitudes. It was a extraordinarily pleasant.

Dr. Fredricks is a great dentist. I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she really loves what she does. I always feel my best interest is in mind. I came from a dental office that was always trying to upsell me on things. The staff are also great and the vibe overall is fun and light. And that helps me as I hate going to the dentist. The vibe helps me relax a little.
