The team at Dr. Fredericks office are top notch. I have been a client since 1991, 34+ years and most of my life... Even when living out of state or in the OC, I would still drive back up or coordinate my appointments when in town. From both the front and back offices with Kelli and Brenda, to the assistant Kim, or my hygenist Haydee, the team makes me feel welcome. Dr. Fredericks and her team has seen me through getting braces as a kid at the office next door, or getting my wisdom teeth pulled. Her and her team has seen me through it all. My parents, my sister, and I have all trusted her with our dental care for decades, and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I recently had a visit with Dr. Susan Fredericks to replace an old crown and the experience was excellent. From start to finish, she made sure I was comfortable and informed about every step of the process. The procedure was smooth, pain-free. Her staff is friendly, organized, and welcoming.
