I went in for my first visit. My experience was very positive. The dentist and her staff were great. It was a pain free visit. I made my return appointment and left with a smile on my face.

I have been going to Dr Fredericks for over 30 years. She is warm, compassionate and an excellent dentist. Her staff is always friendly and professional whether in person or on the phone. They do not overbook so I have never had to wait. Dr Fredericks has always been there for me whenever I have a dental concern or need advice. She spends the time to explain everything so I understand. I feel so blessed to have found such an amazing dentist that I totally trust to give me the best dental care.

The only regret I have is not having come here sooner. Everytime is a 5 star experience. I’ve had 4 painless extractions and I am 100% satisfied each time. I also receive a follow up message to see how I’m doing. Not to mention the welcome committee when you get there. Everyone is SOO nice. I don’t usually like going to the dentist, but I do like going to Dr. Fredericks. I just love her.

Dr. Susan Frederick is the best, her team Kelly and Maria make you feel at home. Dr. Frederick has such soft hand you don't feel pain or pressure, I would highly recommend Dr. Fredrick to everyone one she is the dentist you can trust your dental treatment with and she makes you laugh a lot, love them all I found my lifetime dentist go visit her you will fall in love with the whole tame!!

Wonderful dental team, great experience every time. The whole family comes here and everyone is very happy. Not leaving this dentist, hard to find the good ones that can be trusted.
