Today was my first visit and it was amazing. The staff, assistants and doctor was very throughout and answered all my questions.

After calling around and getting answering machine directing me to websites, I finally got a real person on the other end she said they needed some medical and health forms filled out. After filling them out I got a call back and appointment was set for next morning. I got X-rays and pictures of the mouth and Dr. Matt came in and spent a lot of time explaining things to me and suggested I think about the first steps in required dental work. I had the first phase done on Friday the 9th with great results. The doctor and staff were incredibly nice and helpful explaining ever step they did. Thanks so much.Dr Matt and staff Jamie Brittney. My experience at Dragonfly dental has been very streamline and pleasant. All the paperwork I had to fill out was electronic, so I didn't need to print and then scan it. I appreciated the quickness and simplicity of that. The office is nicely decorated and clean. The staff is polite AND friendly, not just professional but cold. I appreciate their prompt answers to all questions I have had. The doctor is very down to earth, and humble. He is transparent with his prices and discusses options for work needed. He didn't force me to take any route for my dental work, he gave me all the information and allowed me to choose. His prices are fair and the work is good quality. I have gone 3 times so far and had a tooth removed and the stitches now removed. I was very comfortable, and was told what to expect each time they entered my mouth. The doctor and assistants explain every step of every process, and don't keep you in the dark. I have not experienced unnecessary discomfort or pain for any of my visits. They do ask you to wear a mask, but if you don't mind doing that for an appointment here and there, in exchange for great service, it is worth it.

Very professional and courteous. they got me in to see the doctor very quickly. I was able to do all of my paper work online. The location is very convenient and easy to find. Would definitely recommend.
