I was able to get into my appointment on time, I didn't have to sit and wait like some other offices I have been to. The Dentist is extremely friendly and the staff as well.

When I chipped a tooth, I knew I needed to see a dentist quickly. Other local offices were giving a 2-3 week wait time, but Dragonfly was able to get me an appointment the very next business day. The whole process of setting an appointment, filling out new patient paperwork electronically at home before my visit, and the visit itself were very smooth and easy. The staff and Dr. Navidomskis were all very friendly and knowledgeable and made my visit pleasant and efficient. The office is very clean, as well. I look forward to returning for follow-up care and my routine cleanings! Thanks Dragonfly!

We recently moved to Port Charlotte and chose Dragonfly Dental because of the excellent reviews and I'm glad I did. They were friendly and were able to schedule me and my boyfriend together. We were in and out much quicker than expected. I have a lot of dental anxiety. The dentist and staff were focused on making sure we were as comfortable as possible. They're still following Covid precautions which I appreciated.

Usually going to the dentist isn't a very fun thing to do but the staff is very nice and personable. They were kind enough to take me early because my girlfriends appointment was earlier than mine. The Dentist was very informative and explained things so that I could understand. He doesn't want to do unnecessary work but will tell you about work that can be done and let you decide. Wonderful experience will be coming back.

Fast, friendly, and extremely professional. They where able to squeeze me in let minute and treated me like a friend. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I feel I threw away almost $5,000!! Had three teeth with root canals and caps. Five months later called in as the same teeth we're still really hurting (actually they never stopped hurting from the day of the procedure but I was told it was because I had a bad infection). First Kathy at the front tried to ask me what kind of toothbrush I was using, really? After several conversations with her and her speaking with the doctor she said I could come in for a consultation with a charge of $150!! After spending this kind of money I could not understand why I would have to pay for something that was a result of a procedure from this office. I would have totally understood if there was no charge for the consultation but found a problem that was close to these teeth but not these teeth, then of course I would have paid. I ended up going to an endodontist and the infection was still in my gum with these teeth. I had to now spend another $2,500 to get the problem corrected. I am a senior on a very limited income. So very disappointed as I feel I was totally taken advantage of. This is not how to run a professional business. Would have been nice to have had a follow-up phone call to see how my teeth were doing and if I was still in pain but never received a call back. Maybe several patients have had great relations with this office but I will not return so incredibly disappointed and very sad that I had to spend this kind of money on three teeth. Money that I really don't have to spend

Very beautiful and clean office. The staff was friendly and helpful. I Really felt very comfortable right away with Dr. Navidomskis, he is very knowledgeable and I loved that he seems to really care about the patient. I’m definitely going back with my family and I will definitely tell my friends about Dragonfly Dental.

I have an extreme phobia of dentists and even though I work in the medical field I struggle with seeking dental care. I have to say I am thrilled to have found Dr. Matt and his great crew. From the initial phone contact with Cathy, I knew I would be in good hands. They are all understanding and compassionate about patients with anxiety. I have had previous issues with other offices making me feel ashamed and silly, but not this one. Dr. Matt was so kind, patient, professional and thorough. If you struggle with anxiety like I do, I would encourage you to give them a try!
