They did a great job on my son’s teeth.👍👏👄 All of the staff is very professional and caring. They really do care and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them!

I love north Georgia smiles. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. I usually use Dr. Bisig and she's always done an amazing job. I'm extremely nervous about dentists and she completely put me at ease the first time I saw her. Today I had the pleasure of using Dr. Henry and she was awesome as well. How comforting it is to know that with either lady, I'm in great hands! Oh and Kristin, my hygienist, is just as amazing! I highly recommended them all!

First time here and everyone was very nice! Cleaning was very good and I learned a lot about my teeth and how to take care of them more. 10/10 would recommend!!

***UPDATE*** My claim with my insurance company was DENIED because this dentists uses an antiquated treatment that has a very high success rate that leads to extraction!!!! The “favorable long-term prognosis” denial by our clinicians is specifically for Endo Underfill that our clinicians noticed in the x-rays. Per our clinicians. The object of root canal treatment is to effectively remove infected or damaged nerve tissue and bacteria from the inside of the tooth to allow successful healing. If a root canal is not filled completely, bacteria remain and multiply causing a re-infection. The new infection will cause bone loss which will result in an extraction". ***BEWARE***^ DONT GO TO THIS DENTIST*** BILLING ISSUES-The ladies in the office are all about sales.... they don’t care about you as a patient.... I started my procedure in June and just finished 2 weeks ago... I paid my balance of $335 with a total out of pocket of $835... BB called me today to tell me that my balance due is $200 and that I have been over due for 90 days and that she was going to turn me over to collections! I have to admit that I lost my cool and. Did not act like a good Christian because I am super frustrated! I have a 19 month old and we are on 1 income and this left was out of line, crass and should get another job for her behavior! Completely unprofessional! This is why I don’t have dental work done... because every time they break my trust and exploit me financially... never again will I go back to this place. I will also be reporting them to all the state agencies and my insurance ...

Found this dentist in a magazine ad when we first moved here and have been thrilled since our first visit. They take care of our whole family and even though we have moved, we are going to keep coming to North Ga. Smiles as we know they will take care of us.
