All of the people who work in the office are wonderful. Even though I am not a good patient I felt like they took care of all of my fears and I will be going back for further treatment. Highly recommend this group

I am happy with the end result - a well-fitting crown. However, I was disappointed with the process and coordination between Dr. Korb's office and North Georgia Smiles. Dr. Korb's office should not have tightened the screw so tightly in the implant. The North Georgia Smiles office should have not stripped the threads on the screw forcing me to have to return to Dr. Korb's office to get the screw removed. Both offices can point the figure at the other office. However, to me, the patient, both offices contributed to a difficult process of getting my crown on the implant.

Dr Bisig and Athena are always pleasant, fun and on top of my dental needs. The front office staff are a delight. Every experience at North Georgia Smiles is awesome!

A dentist who literally paused her day to help me after a face injury. Dr. Bisig and her staff were excellent. I felt cared for the minute I arrived in the office. I am so thankful they were able to get me in quickly. She took care of my pain and made sure I was comfortable as she repaired my tooth. She then helped me to understand what the next steps would be to save my injured teeth. I’m so grateful for her wisdom & care.
