I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time and everyone was very kind - no dentist appointment jitters! The experience was comfortable and will be returning in the future!

I do not recommend this dentistry at all. I first came to get a cleaning, and during this cleaning they advised I had an area they wanted to take a closer look and that I might need a root canal. I have had cavities in the past but never thought I would need a root canal. They scheduled me an appointment. Day of, I am required to pay for the entire operation up front. I asked why, when they weren’t even positive I needed one. For insurance purposes I had to. They said if I did not get the root canal I would get a credit back. Seemed odd to me, but I tried to shake the feeling. Once I was in the room, they said I needed to fill out paper work and sign to consent to the root canal. I was against this because they were still NOT EVEN SURE I NEEDED ONE? At this point I keep refusing to sign it until they find out I actually need one. The dentist comes in after this and starts bullying/threatening me to sign the paperwork and if I didn’t lawyers and insurance could get involved. I’m young, naive, was scared and in the moment I signed the paperwork…they did in fact give me a root canal and to this day I have a gut feeling I never needed it. I should have walked out the instant I felt uncomfortable and regret it to this day. They are in it for the money.
