River Falls Family Dental Dr. Hendrix and staff went above and beyond to make my visit as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Excelente care and service!!!

Dr. Hendrix is not only very professional but a good friend as well. She does a great job of explaining everything she is going to do and also makes sure you are comfortable. The staff is friendly and I have never felt like I was being judged like other dental offices. I highly recommend Dr. Hendrix and River Falls Family Dentistry.

I am not typically one to leave negative reviews, but in this case, I think it is necessary. I was excited to go to River Falls Family Dental because of all of the raving reviews, but I was highly disappointed in their service and will never use them again. Not only did I not get a cleaning as I requested, but the office visit (just for x-rays) took two hours. Then they informed me that I have 11 cavities that need to be filled and 2 potential root canals. I was shocked; I take good care of my teeth and see a dentist regularly. Furthermore, I have never come out of an appointment with more than 2 cavities. Based on the drastic difference between past experiences and my experience at River Falls Family dental, I got a second and third opinion and found that this estimate was drastic. To top the negative experience off, the office staff overlooked a part of my insurance plan, and even though they assured me my visit would be covered, I ended up incurring a $55 charge. When I tried to discuss this issue with the office, they would not listen. In the end, I paid for a service that was unpleasant and fruitless, just to find out that they were shady in their practices. Instead of finding a great dentist that I could trust, I had a negative experience that cost me money and my 6-month cleaning. I do not trust River Falls Family dental and neither should you.

I am a long-time customer of this dental office. The team is always courteous and professional. The care given is thorough, gentle and caring (I have an issue with sensitive teeth and the hygenists are always patient with me). Dr. Hendricks always provides thorough explanations and options for treatment. Because of this team I am more than willing to go to the dentist every six months. Highly recommend this team for your dental needs!
