I used to panic prior to seeing the Dentist until coming to River Falls Family Dentistry. Dr. Hendrix is very patient, kind and thorough. She explains everything in detail at a level I can understand without me being a dentist and displays pictures of the work that will need performed. When she is working on my teeth she is reassuring and asks often if I am ok. I appreciate Dr. Hendrix attentiveness to my overall well being and dental concerns. Her staff in general display the same care I receive from Dr. Hendrix and her front desk staff are incredibly helpful by working with my insurance company to make sure the work required is covered and if not the exact cost I am responsible for. Cathy is a superstar in that area! Lastly I have never had a Dentist call me from her personal cell phone to check on me but Dr. Hendrix has on more than one occasion done just that after having work done such as a root canal. That personal touch is why I will NEVER go to anyone else. I have a great smile that I am complimented on often and I credit that to Dr. Hendrix. I highly recommend Dr. Hendrix for your dental needs.

Great team and excellent experience

I absolutely love this practice. I had so many issues last year that needed to be taken care of over the span of about 8 appointments. They did a fantastic job fixing me up. Every person here is so kind and they make you feel like you’re apart of their family.
