If i could give a 1 star i would, waited for approval of crown and got denied staff was supposed to appeal after two months of waiting snd being in pain without a tooth turns out they never filed an appeal. When asked why staff was extremely rude told me to appeal to insurance myself, then told me to find another dentist if i felt they were not following protocol. DO NOT GO THERE. their patient care is very bad.
