I always was uneasy as the chairs in the waiting room are disgustingly dirty. We arrive today at 4:45. Although my son is 19 years old, he's special needs. I put that on the paperwork. They call his nane and told me that I couldn't go in the room with him. Long story short. As I'm sitting in the room with him waiting. The room floor was dirty.
