I came to this dentist because my main dentist was closed for a week. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and after a week I noticed a hard abcess in my left jaw. I came to flatbush dental and had a scheduled appointment. From the beginning to the end the experience here has been horrific and this establishment needs to be investigated for fraud and dishonest practices. Being in so much pain i was told they needed the xrays from the previous dental place. Because my dentis5 closed I did not have access so he charged we with a 200 xray fee and said he didnt accept my insurance (aetna) when that's not what was told to me when I scheduled the appointment although the receptionist took a copy of my insurance (let's hope they dont try to bill my insurance for unknown charges). Then he said he would make and incision and drain it for an additional $600!!!! The dentist called his assistant in where she cleaned the extraction site and near by teeth and no drainage was performed at all! Additionally the consent form I signed was modified AFTER I signed it which included these bogus tasks that were not done in addition to a 200 same day consultation fee - when I already had an apppt scheduled where I have text message proof. This is fraud on so many accounts that I know the reviews on Google are fake. In addition this dentist has the worse bed side manner ive ever come across. Hea very rough and sarcastically rude! He tells you that you have cavities or needs teeth removed which is far from the truth which again are deliberate dis honest practices where he needs to be fully investigated by the dental board and I dont understand how hes been getting away with this for so long. In addition ive raised a case with the BBB. Stay away from this establishment!!!!

The dentist was very good, I had a toothache for 1 week, and he took out my tooth quickly and without pain, I thank him a lot. The only detail is that at the reception the lady is not friendly.

My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 pm and I was attended at 3:30 pm. I would advise you arrive with enough cushion time to wait. Appointment felt super rushed. Dental cleaning went well.
