This place has no respect for your time. Every visit will have you in waiting for at least an hour and a half to get called back. when you do get invited back it will be another hour wait. After all that waiting they will rush through your procedure and act like you are an inconvenience to them. I’d go anywhere else.

They didn’t ask you about your plan with accepted insurance provider. Since they are not so advanced to ask a simple question and waste someone’s time (2.5 hours), better ask yourself

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this location. I went in for a routine six-month cleaning, got X-rays done, and waited for the doctor. When he came in, he reviewed my images and joked that my teeth were fine—good news for me, bad news for them. I asked what he meant, and he clarified that I had no cavities. He then told me the hygienist would be in shortly for the cleaning. That was the most painful cleaning I’ve ever had. The hygienist kept going over one particular area on my right side, seemingly trying to clean between the teeth, though the outer and inner parts felt fine. My teeth were incredibly sensitive afterward, and my gums were cut up. When I got home, I made a late breakfast—eggs, turkey bacon, and waffles. While eating, I felt like something got stuck in my teeth. I tried to remove it with my tongue and continued eating, but the feeling persisted, and the area became even more sensitive. I went to check in the mirror, and to my shock, a piece of my tooth had broken off. It must have been close to a nerve because I could feel every bit of air hitting it. In over 30 years of dental visits, this has never happened to me. I have strong teeth, and I can only assume that while the hygienist was aggressively working on that area, she must have weakened or cracked my tooth. It didn’t break off until I started eating. I immediately drove back to the dental office and explained what happened to the receptionist. She got me into a room, and when the doctor came in, he examined my tooth and casually said it was a filling that had broken off. I told him I never had a filling there—he himself had just confirmed my teeth were in perfect condition earlier. Now, suddenly, I have a chipped tooth? He shrugged and said, “It happens.” Excuse me? No, it does not “just happen.” I asked if he was going to fix it, and he told me he was about to leave, so I would need to come back. I couldn’t believe it. They damaged my tooth, it was extremely sensitive, and they weren’t even willing to fix it right away? He told me I could make an appointment, but he was only there from 9 to 3 PM each day, which didn’t work with my 9-to-5 schedule. He said I’d either have to wait until the following Sunday or take time off work. How is that fair when this was their mistake? Eventually, he told me to come in at 8:30 AM on Monday (the next day), and they would fix it and have me at work by 10. I went back the next morning, and they filled the space. I had to avoid eating or drinking on that side for the rest of the evening the day before. But to this day, I have yet to hear them take any kind of accountability for their actions other than “it happens” . Not even an apology. This whole experience was very frustrating and painful. The dismissive attitude from the dentist, especially after I pointed out that my teeth were fine before cleaning, only adds to the frustration. Definitely will not be returning and do NOT Recommend this location.

I had my wisdom tooth pulled last week and this dentist did a great job. I didn't even know he removed until he showed me the tooth. It was quick. He's an excellent dentist. I would recommend office for service. Today 2/17/25 I had deep cleaning and filling.

The dentist himself is very rude and speaks condescendingly to his patients. Also they don’t use Anesthesia for extractions.

This is such a rude staff! The doctor and his cleaning assistants do everything so that you definitely don’t come to them anymore. Everything is very painful and rude. Even through anesthesia, I can feel my cartilage crunching in my mouth from the doctor’s rough movements
