Hello All! I used to be a patient here for 7 years i trusted this dentist. He sent me an upper teeth mouth guard and went and "redid" three of my root canals to give me glass crowns instead. I didnt need or want any of that i was fine with my unbothered silver teeth. He got them done sent me home with out antibiotics and one tooth kept bleeding in the gums area. It bled for years(not his fault thats from a poorly made crown done by Dr gertz at Smiles for u dental) when i came to dr A i explained this. Turns out having an upper mouthguard and the bleeding gum/tooth infected my tooth 4 and 5 and i had pulpitis the worst pain of my life. I learned of this infection from another dds he said my root canals failed. He explained things Dr A did for me had worsened my issues. I have severe TMJ i had no business having an upper Mouth guard. When i went to see him about my pain in April 2025 he said nothings wrong with my crowns and he hammered on them so hard i cried:( Guess he did that to prove his point that the structure wasn't compromised but i later learned he hammered my two teeth so bad the screws of the root canal touched the sinuses/nerves in my face. He lacks communication skills and empathy, he could care less about patient comfort. He also denied me the right to obtain my medical records since im seeing a new dds who wanted to review them. He is overwhelmed, he is the only dds on staff the wait is very long and they double book. There are only six seats and usually 10-12 ppl are waiting at a time. Hes a cocky dentist with a huge ego. He drills and has full convos to canada about his landscapers working at all his properties or how much he paying for his new bmw. I find this unacceptable. I believed in him and i came out losing big time. All three of those root canals failed. Im now mourning the loss of a somewhat healthy mouth i had. All three teeth have been extracted. I trusted him and he failed me. To think i even brought my child to him. Thank goodness i never followed thru on that. In this dentists defense all of them are liars so he not the only one. The staff is ok except for one lady with long box braids who answers and talks with an attitude. Idk if she was fired or not but i didn't see her last time i went. I would troop it from far to come see him on E21st in bk. I now trust NOONE in the dental industry. Hope my experience helps inform the public's expectations. Good luck to u all.
