Dr. Arthur and his staff are the best !!!, I had a dental abscess which needed a root canal and I called in to see if they had any availability same day because I was in so much pain and he was willing to come in last minute to help me with my emergency. The procedure was quick and he explained the whole thing to me and my dad in ways we could understand. He was very gentle and very polite and I would highly recommend. He sent me home with gauze and with pain medication and antibiotics. The very next day I didn’t have any pain at all without the need of the pain killers. Very affordable and great service if you’re looking for a trust worthy place I highly recommend coming here.

Needed an emergency dental extraction and reached out them. Provided my insurance info and wanted to confirm if they accept it and if I could get an extraction appointment for today before providing DOB and even more sensitive information. The receptionist was unprofessional, disrespectful, flat out disinterested in providing any support/care and gleefully hung up. They texted me afterwards about their availability and insurance acceptance but then I had to wait almost an hour for reception to struggle to get and understand the insurance benefits (never had this issue with any provider before). She was unable to confirm despite insurance agent providing benefits breakdown. It should be illegal to have receptionists this incompetent, callous, and disrespectful. Find a non-customer facing job if even doing the bare minimum is a challenge you're unable to overcome.
