After having a bad experience with another dentist who I had for over 15 years, this dentist was highly recommended. Today was my first visit, it was superb. Great atmosphere, everyone so professional. Dr Arthur explained everything and showed me what needs to be done. First impression last. Looking forward to having him as my permanent dentist.

This clinic seems chic and clean, but the practice there is horrible. The doctor made me do a full deep cleaning, with 4 injections while I came with an infected tongue which gave me a 10 out of 10 pain in my mouth already. After the cleaning they sent me home without any painkillers or antibiotics. I called the day after to let them know that I was in horrible pain and my infected tongue was becoming worse, they told me the doctor would be in office only on Sunday, which is 4 days after my procedure. So, I had to wait until then to call again, wait 40mn on the line, to finally asked and insisted to have painkillers and antibiotics for my case. It was a real nightmare! I felt like they just needed my money. It’s known that bacteria from your mouth can affect your heart in the long run, how the doctor made me do that procedure while I had obviously an infection already? And to send me home without any medication? The all situation is unbelievable!

If you're looking for a dental team that is detail oriented, patient, understanding and actually cares about you and your dental health then you need to book an appointment ASAP. Dr. Arthur is the best, I came in got my x-rays completed and he took good care of me and returned my Colgate smile back.
