After witnessing the encounter the owner had with a patient and her husband after just trying to get insurance straightened out, with proof in their hands. I do not recommend Dragonfly Dental to anyone who wants to be respected. It was supposed to be my first appointment and that was enough to turn me around. Don’t believe these new 5 start reviews that coincidentally show up when they’re messing up. Definitely think new ownership/staff should be considered.

True to their word, they got me in quickly. The front staff was kind and welcoming. The dental assistants were patient and knowledgeable. The x rays were more professional than any I have ever had. Doctor explained everything to me. He also listened and answered all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dragonfly Dental. Going to the dentist is not usually our favorite thing to do, but they made it a pleasant experience.

A lot of dentist, especially nowadays try to scare you. At least they didn't here. Yeah I'm still embarrassed about my situation but they seemed to like who I am thankful for them at least.

We were very impressed by how professional everyone is. There was not any pushed treatment only recommended dental care. The dentist is very friendly takes his time I would recommend anyone looking for a new Dentist.

Clean and comfortable office. Everyone was very nice. I especially appreciated the time taken to explain the plan for my dental and sleep apnea care.

Wow! After having 2 horrible experiences at other local dental offices, I prayed that Dragonfly would finally be the dentist that I could be happy with and feel comfortable in servicing my dental needs, which predominantly consists of a tooth extraction and a dental implant. Dr. Matthew Navidomskis and his staff far exceeded my expectations. They got me in quickly for exams, went over everything thoroughly and without judgement, and never tried to “sell” me unnecessary treatments. He explained the whole treatment plan in detail, and rather than telling me what he’s going to do, he actually gave me several options to choose from, educating me on on each option and offering his professional advice. I totallt feel comfortable working with him and his staff, and at last, I have found my dentist. If you have had a bad experience at another dentist or feel like you were quoted an astronomical amount from another dentist that just didn’t seeem to make sense, see Dr. Navidomskis. He truly has your your best interest at heart and is completely fair in pricing. Thank you for a wonderful experience. For once; I can say I am finally excited to go to the dentist and get my smile back. 😀

Dr.Matt is awesome, great environment, and friendly staff. I’ve went to a couple different places and was taken advantage of, and lied too! Dr.Matt was honest from the get go and that will be where I go from now on! :)

It was a very pleasant experience for me to have a dental evaluation. Everyone treats you like a family and very compassionate in treating their patients and Dr. N is very good and very caring and kind to everybody.

Amazing! From entry to exit, I received the most pleasant experience. Before coming to the office I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Navi on the phone. I’ve never had a dentist call me personally to inform me of the process and procedures. Upon entry I was greeted by an amazing receptionist( I believe it was Jennifer… so sorry if I was wrong) but she made someone with anxiety feel calm. (Loved our sneaker talk btw:) After discussion she led me to the back where I was greeted by the most informative group of dental assistants( I call them the tri-fecta: Again just shooting in the dark but two I believe named Brionna, and Jessica, and the awesome young lady I got to say hello to who wasn’t even helping me!…. Sorry again) who made me feel like family! Finally, I got the chance to meet the doctor and he didn’t disappoint. He was thorough ,informative and had an amazing bed side manner. All and all I didn’t want to leave! I can truly say I found my new dentist.
