Pain-free dental care

A co worker recommended DragonFly Dental as a second opinion. I immediately noticed a pleasant atmosphere, the front desk was accommodating, the Dentist went above and beyond explaining everything to me and gave me scripts for pain and antibiotics. There is a difference here, I feel like a patient and that they have my best interest in mind. If your not getting “care” at your current dentist or your looking for a dentist.. try them 👍

Wonderful and caring place, I had an extraction done and I was very satisfied, the staff is amazing and the doctor is a wonderful.

Dr Navidomskis is a good dentist, but the charges, communications and staff are severely lacking. He did not employ a dental hygienist, so cleanings were done by him. Normal prophylaxis charge is a little over $100 which is covered by insurance. He bills for a “Periodontal Maintenance” at $173, of which not all is covered by insurance, so you have additional co-pays. Insurance allows for x-rays every OTHER cleaning, but he wants x-rays EVERY cleaning at a cost of $227 that insurance will not pay. He requires payments on the day of services that I didn’t mind, but when he was paid from my insurance carrier, I requested a refund of the overpayment, and never heard back from them. Not once did I call the office and actually get someone to answer. The only way they will call you back is if you are a new patient, and are requesting an office visit. I sent a letter with all my insurance payments he received asking for a refund since I was no longer using his office, and it was ignored. I have since found a new dentist that works with my insurance company and their requirements on dental health. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Stay clear!

Dragonfly Dental is truly exceptional! From the moment you walk in, the office feels welcoming and calming. Dr. Matt is not only professional but also incredibly kind and patient—he takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. The staff is warm, attentive, and goes out of their way to provide excellent care. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Matt and his team, and I highly recommend Dragonfly Dental to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

i went there for xrays and they were so sweet! from the receptionist, to the assistants to the dentist.. best customer service i’ve had at any dentist, i’m not joking lol

I had not been to the dentist in a little over a year due to being in between insurances and have terrible dentist anxiety. Everybody at the office was extremely kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable. The dentist also was very nice, took his time explaining every part of my treatment plan, as well as the actual process. Two fillings and a cleaning was completely done within a hour and the actual dentist lead both processes which is not super common. I would highly recommend to anybody that is nervous to go back/try a new dentist!
