First time patient - I was able to get in for an appointment in a very timely manner. The entire staff was friendly and informative. Will be scheduling future appointments with them.
From my telephone call...to my first appointment ...with xrays and then meeting with Dr.Navidomskis to go over everything...absolutely the best..He thoroughly explained everything...Everyone was caring ...professional and efficient. Just the dentist and professionals you want and expect in a dentist. You will see HIM each time...not a realm of different dentists. Highly recommended. and...a very cheerful office.
Great dental office. Very professional and a great staff. Highly recommend
I found this practice to be very welcoming, efficient, and informative. Before my initial appointment, the dentist called me personally to go over any concerns or questions I might have. He was kind, understanding, and knowledgeable.
The overall experience from check-in to the completion of my daughter's exam was exemplary. Every staff member demonstrated kindness, politeness, and professionalism. Dr. Matthew Navidomskis provided a thorough explanation of the exam and outlined our options clearly. This has been the best dental experience I have encountered in Port Charlotte.
Very nice and helpful
They got me in right away for my wisdom teeth. All the staff were kind and courteous. Their dental office is very clean and professional.
Genuinely a good experience. Not only are all the staff super friendly and professional, but I have a priced estimate and it’s follow up appointment for a major procedure without directly requesting it.
12/02/2024 I rode my bike here because it said they were open on Google. A woman cautiously opened the door as if I was a danger to her and stated they were closed. I let her know why I was there, I need proof of service for a Civil lawsuit I have against the mother of my kids, part of which is about taking the kids to a dentist out of my insurance network and asking me to pay out of pocket for it. The woman at the door, desperately trying to escape the simple and short conversation, then questioned the legitimacy of my request as if I wasn't the father of the child at which I then followed with that I physically had my daughter's insurance information physically on me and even her social security card. She closed the door in my face and I just basically just rode my bike away. I think maybe as a business you should take responsibility for not updating the hours of operations on Google. It's just disappointing.
