My daughter has a fear of dentists. Dr Matt was amazing and patient with her. She is excited to get her teeth fixed. Thank you Dr Matt for her experience a great one.
We were in town visiting family when one of my wife's wisdom teeth started pushing through and got infected. I called first thing in the mor no ing and they had us in to get her examined at 11am. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and Dr. Navidomskis was very gentle and understanding of my wife's pain. They got us x-rays and prescriptions to help with the pain, swelling and infection, and provided recommendations for our normal dentist when we get home. Highly recommended!
It was my first visit to a dentist since moving to FL. I chose Dragonfly, because I read they were understanding of "severe dentist anxiety" in adults. They were amazing, kind, thoughtful, transparent, and very professional! I would highly recommend Dragonfly.
I’ve been here twice now and I have had great experiences, everyone is very nice and welcoming and knows what they are doing. Would definitely recommend ☺️
The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and neat. Scheduling an appointment as a new patient was seamless and quick. I am so happy that I found Dragonfly Dental.
Had my first visit to Dragonfly Dental today (9/9/2024) after not being to a dentist in a while. I have severe anxiety of the dentist. Dr. Matt and his team are wonderful. They explain everything they’re doing before they do it. They show you the tools they’re using and take the time to ensure you’re comfortable before taking any steps. They also explain the costs up front so there’s no surprises. The office is clean, decorated nicely, televisions for you to watch during your visit. Odd to say, but I’m excited for their help to getting my oral health back on track. Thank you Dragonfly Dental team.
Update: Since posting this review, I’ve received multiple calls from the dentist’s office, which I have documented and saved. Initially, I was offered a complimentary teeth whitening service if I would remove my review, which I declined. During that call, his tone felt threatening, and he even suggested he might sue me over the review, which made me uncomfortable, so I ended the call. After that, I’ve received additional calls and voicemails, including requests to confirm my business address, which didn’t seem relevant to my review. Recently, my Google business profile was suspended after someone reported it as a "fake business." I submitted the necessary information to Google and am awaiting their review. Additionally, I’ve noticed what appear to be fake reviews targeting my business on Yelp, which I believe may be connected to this situation. It doesn't matter since the vast majority of my business comes from word of mouth and my clients’ trust. As a result of these ongoing actions, I feel bullied and harassed, and I’ve documented everything with local authorities. I wanted to share this experience for full transparency with others considering this office. ____________________________________________________________ I originally posted this review about this office about three years ago, and somehow it was removed, even though it still showed on my end. I’ve since deleted that one and am rewriting it because I believe it's important for people to be aware of this practice. In the end, they ended up costing me a lot of money. I went to this office the day after my bridge fell out to have it reseated, but I was told it couldn’t be put back in because there was a risk of inhaling it in my sleep, which would supposedly require lung surgery. I had never heard of such a thing, but I trusted them since a friend referred me. They then strongly suggested I schedule a "deep cleaning" before my next appointment, which didn’t even remove the coffee stains from the back of my teeth—no polishing, and my teeth didn’t feel clean afterward. They also replaced all of my mercury fillings with white ones, again implying it was necessary. I later learned that removing these fillings can expose you to more harmful mercury vapor than leaving them in place, and since then, I’ve been concerned about possible health issues. To top it off, my bite hadn’t been right since they did that, until I finally found a better dentist to fix it. When I saw a new dentist, they told me that the risk of inhaling the bridge was highly unlikely and that they had never heard of such a case. They also mentioned that the bridge could have been easily reseated. Additionally, the deep cleaning didn’t seem to address my gum disease effectively, and I wasn’t verbally informed that I needed regular deep cleanings every three months for it to work. On top of that, the fillings they replaced had gaps and overhangs, leaving my teeth sensitive. So, I ended up spending a lot of money on work that didn’t meet my expectations only to have to pay even more for a new bridge. I would recommend others to carefully consider their options before choosing this dentist. It’s unfortunate I even have to give them one star.
Entire staff are so kind and caring. Very accommodating and made it a pleasant experience.
I have been several times, for a cleaning and a filling. They did great work, made sure I was very comfortable and all the staff are just super nice! Would definitely recommend 👏🏼
