I was experiencing severe tooth ache for about 1 1/2 days and was highly recommended to go see Dr. Navidomskis. I went to his office today and his staff members Cathy and Jamey were absolutely amazing! They were patient and compassionate with me. I suffer from severe dental phobia and they made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Navidomskis was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and compassionate as well. He made every effort to make me feel safe and gain my trust during my visit. He sure accomplished that. He has outstanding bedside manners. I am looking forward to going back to Dragonfly Dental to get the dental care I have neglected to get for so many years due to fear. Thank you everyone at Dragonfly Dental for such an amazing and positive experience.

Got 2 of my wisdom teeth removed, first time getting something like this done. The staff's energetic and happy attitude made me feel comfortable. From start to finish was no more than 20 minutes, I was shocked. Day 2, I dont see any swelling or any pain other than moving my mouth in certain ways.

moved to swfl not long ago. Needed to have a tooth pulled. Dentist and assistant were so nice. Cost me $700 for initial visit and tooth removal. Fine I paid with my credit card. I wanted to go back and ask about what options I had for replacing tooth, they said I would need to make another appointment , that was fine too. Except my extraction was bleeding and my mouth was in pain 1 week later, I called the office and instead of being concerned Kathy said make an appointment for tooth replacement and the doctor will look at area where bleeding. I then asked her to please ask doctor what to do and she said she would call me back. I didn't need help with my tooth replacement yet I needed to stop bleeding and pain , obviously it's about the money and not the patient. I am not even sure that she spoke with doctor or just rode me off. Either way I was helped for free by another dentist office. I will be going back there for my replacement. Compassion does not exist in that office.

I am normally a big ol' dentist chicken and was really nervous walking through the door on my first visit, but that didn't last long. Dragonfly Dental really does deserve all of the great reviews they've gotten.

I was traumatized of going to the dentist since i was 13. I was experiencing toothache on and off for a few years. The pain got so bad that nothing worked anymore. So i had to find a dentist. Once i found Dragonfly Dental i still was nervous to go. On my 1st visit everyone was soooo nice, it made me so comfortable. The dentist explained everything in detail. Couple days later i went back for my tooth extraction. I was sooo nervous. But yet again everyone was so nice and understanding. My tooth was extracted in less than a hour and i was in no pain. The next day i wasnt even swollen. I love Dragonfly Dental and i already recommended them to a few friends.

I had a great experience coming here. Everyone working here were very nice, the service was great and the environment was very comfortable. I would definitely visit again.

They did a fantastic job and the staff was very friendly and professional. All the treatments were done with care and they always made sure I was comfortable. This is the best dentist office I have ever been too. Highly recommend them and I will be a customer for life!!

Always a five star, Dr. Matthews is one of the best with the patient and co workers, always thanking her staff for their job creating a well relaxed atmosphere from the front door to the treatment area, that helped a lot during my dental procedure. Thanks you very much for a job well done.

The entire staff at Dragonfly Dental of Port Charlotte is just awesome. The are very professional and courteous. My experience could have been much worse as I had a wisdom tooth removed. But they took great care to keep me very comfortable throughout the whole process. I didn't feel any pain at all! I would highly recommend this office to everyone.
