I, like most people, don't look forward to going to the dentist. I've had some less than outstanding experiences in my past. But, I have to say my experience with Dr. Hendrix was, in a word, AMAZING. I had a crown replaced and a wisdom tooth pulled, so I was pretty terrified when I got there, but she and her staff put me at ease right away. She explained everything she was going to do, and she assured me it wouldn't be bad. And guess what? It REALLY wasn't. She is very professional - and I 100% trust that what she tells me is true. She won't try and up-sell you anything - but she WILL tell you what needs to be done, and in what order of importance. If you're looking for a trustworthy, compassionate dentist, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hendrix and her staff - you won't find a better dental office in the area! Thank you for making my experience so great and alleviating my fear of going to the dentist!

Two Crowns and Root Canal Overview I've been sitting on this for a while wanting to make sure I didn't jump the gun and give a review based on first impressions only. As a long time Dr. Williams patient the bar was set pretty high...after multiple encounters it appears Dr. Hendrix kicked the bar out of sight (sorry Dr. Williams if you're reading this, you're still my hero). :-) Exams Very thorough and complete...never had so many x-rays in my life; however, the best part was getting to see the results on the TV and see what the issues were in real-time and discuss options. Novocaine Excellent administration and pre-numbing techniques...just the right amount in the rights spots. Not so much that you're numb for 3 days after the procedure; and not so little that you scream in pain 10 minutes into the process. Laughing Gas Opt for what I call the "continental breakfast" when having dental work done. The nitrous oxide is top notch and takes the edge off everything. Why not have a little fun why you're there? Administration is done in just the right amount to keep you from floating off the chair or getting nauseous. Sure it costs extra, but it's worth every penny. Work Quick, efficient, and precise. Absolutely spot on and amazing. The new crown feels so much more like a real tooth than the original crown it's amazing. High quality materials and everything is customized until it fits your mouth naturally. Likewise, the ability to have a root canal done while in the chair is a blessing rather than having to be referred to another provider. I'm almost embarrassed to admit that even though I knew I would be having one done, I didn't know I was having it done until the odd sensation of the center of my tooth being hollowed occurred. Yes, Dr. Hendrix was that good - zero pain or discomfort. Even the following day, zero pain, discomfort, or swelling. Amazing. Post-Op After my first crown in December, I did receive a follow-up call from Dr. Hendrix herself on a Saturday morning to see how I was doing. I was completely caught by surprise and honestly thought I had done something wrong. Nope, she genuinely cares and wants to make sure her patients are doing okay. That is is so insanely wonderful. Conclusion Without any hesitation, I recommend every aspect of River Falls Family Dental. Great practice, great staff, great work, great location. Just in case you aren't sure, I love these ladies!!!

Love this place! & Dr. Hendrix! It’s not uncomfortable at all. Very nice people. I got a cavity and it was pain free! And she also called me a few days later and checked up on me to see how I was feeling! She’s so sweet ! Reminding you that I am terribly scared of needles ! 5 stars for me !
