Love this place! & Dr. Hendrix! It’s not uncomfortable at all. Very nice people. I got a cavity and it was pain free! And she also called me a few days later and checked up on me to see how I was feeling! She’s so sweet ! Reminding you that I am terribly scared of needles ! 5 stars for me !

This office has always been skilled and compassionate. I was very sad when Dr. Williams left and was convinced I could not like the new dentist near as much. I even considered going elsewhere so I wouldn’t be as skeptical, but then Dr. Hendrix called me personally to introduce herself. Although I was still a little weary, I decided I should at least give her a shot. Dr. Williams did say he was confident I would be in great hands with her. I AM SO GLAD I DID. It isn’t just that she is a knowledgeable dentist, it is obvious how much she genuinely cares about the comfort and well-being of her patients. The entire staff is wonderful. I had never before been offered a pillow and blanket when at the dentist because the hygienist happened to notice I was cold. I was also given a “tooth pillow” so I did not have to hold my mouth open and continually wonder if I am doing so wide enough. The office is always clean and inviting. When I get there I’m always greeted with a smile. I never have to try and get someone’s attention because they are on their cell phone. I do miss Dr. Williams, but Dr. Hendrix is equally as amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Hendrix and River Falls Family Dental to anyone in search of a great dentist that will do everything she can to make you comfortable while providing exceptional care.
