Had an appt. today at the River Falls Family Dental. Nicole the hygienist took exrays and cleaned my teeth. She took her time with me and I feel she did a good job. Afterwards Dr. Hendrix came in and checked her work and did an oral exam. Dr. Hendrix and her staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend there services.

I had a tooth that had been sensitive for a long time. Dentist does a root canal, I thought it was that tooth. However it was the one behind it. The sensitive tooth became more sensitive. Dentist insisted it was the tooth in front of the sensitive tooth (that previously didn't show any issues) when I asked what if it doesn't fix the pain they did not have an answer. Also did not believe my daughter about not being numb enough, they did this weird numbing technique on the roof of the mouth that didn't work on either of us and didn't believe us when we complained of pain. I was in tears during the root canal before they would properly numb me. My husband also had issues with a filing not sitting right. All complaints were dismissed, but you got a long speech from the dentist about how she wants to help you. We were established patients of Dr Williams for several years and were very happy, we will not return to this dentist. They also billed insurance for a procedure we didn't perform after my daughter was distressed due to inadequate numbing and expect my co-insurance payment.

I was a patient of Dr. Williams before the new dentist took over. I was immediately told I needed 6 fillings by the new dentist. Had major issues with one tooth and not being able to eat on one side of my mouth. She kept saying she would fix it yet did very little to do so. She was very rude and would not fully listen to my complaints and would talk down to me/ belittle me. At one point she said it’s my fault I grind my teeth at night and that’s why I can’t eat on that side of my mouth. I finally had enough and switched dentists who basically said it is impossible for the grinding of my teeth to be causing the issue. I am very angry that I had to wait almost a year and a half for my mouth to be fixed. The staff here is very nice and I am extremely disappointed I had to switch due to the poor lack of service the new dentist provided.

Dr. Hendrix listens to your concerns and goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Dr Hendrix made”extra” calls to the lab to make sure my crowns were perfect, and they were! Thanks B.
