I was a patient of Dr. Williams before the new dentist took over. I was immediately told I needed 6 fillings by the new dentist. Had major issues with one tooth and not being able to eat on one side of my mouth. She kept saying she would fix it yet did very little to do so. She was very rude and would not fully listen to my complaints and would talk down to me/ belittle me. At one point she said it’s my fault I grind my teeth at night and that’s why I can’t eat on that side of my mouth. I finally had enough and switched dentists who basically said it is impossible for the grinding of my teeth to be causing the issue. I am very angry that I had to wait almost a year and a half for my mouth to be fixed. The staff here is very nice and I am extremely disappointed I had to switch due to the poor lack of service the new dentist provided.

Dr. Hendrix and all the staff at River Falls Family Dental provide excellent service with a caring attitude. Dr. Hendrix listens to your concerns and goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Dr Hendrix made”extra” calls to the lab to make sure my crowns were perfect, and they were! Thanks B. Dr. Hendrix was amazing! I had not been since my previous dentist retired and was worried about a new face. She explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you are comfortable during any procedures. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. It definitely shows in her bedside manner! She also wants to try to provide affordable options for people. A huge plus to her is she is able to do so much work right at her office without referring you out. Money and time saver for sure! I also find her very personable and think it is awesome that she calls and checks up on her patients from her personal phone. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family. The River Falls Family Dentist they are all caring and very friendly. I would recommend for anyone that needs dental work.

If you want to go to a Dentist That CARES, then go see Dr. Hendrix!! She is BY FAR THE BEST!!! I found her office by searching local Dentist in my area. I knew Nothing about her and her staff. I figured I would know after my 1st visit & I sure did! I can't SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW MUCH I LOVE Dr. Hendrix & THE STAFF!!! They are just precious!! Up front you are greeted by Missy & this gal is sweet & so helpful! If you have scheduling or insurance concerns then you'll talk to Sassy (not her real name, I just call her Sassy lol) She knows her business, that's for sure! All the Hygienist & gals that assist Dr. Hendrix are so Very Good at their job & No One in the office acts like it's "A Job"...Truly professional's!! Go see for yourself & your welcome!
