Everytime I go to River Falls Family Dental I feel confident that my teeth will get the best of care. They follow CDC Covid guidelines and I feel very safe. The staff is very personable and respectful of me and my privacy. Dr. Hendrix is a wonderful dentist and has a very comforting demeanor and is personable too. Any procedure I have had done at River Falls Family Dental has been scheduled well, has been painlessly done with precision and care. I love going to the dentist.

I don't have enough gracious words to say about Dr. Hendrix and her entire staff. They treat each patient as if they were family and Dr. Hendrix's attention to detail and to her patients comfort is truly refreshing. She also makes sure that each patient understands each step of their treatment and why it is necessary. Anyone looking for a new dental practice should give them a call, I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

Hello!!! World. Let me start off by saying this is my own honest opinion. I have been coming here for over 7 years. They treat you like family and even ask about other family members by name. They stick to the scheduled time set and they make you feel like home they don't rush to get you in and out. They will even take the time to explaine any issue you might have or even concern . The Doctor a guess you would call her will even give you her personal number to reach out with any problems ( mouth/teeth related ) now who does that. I could keep going on, let me end this by saying if you had to choose a dentist office this is the ONE. Don't let me decide go give it a try what do you have to lose, besides teeth, just kidding go out to River Falls Family Dental you're be happy 😁 you did.

Although going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things in life, I would not consider going anywhere other than River Falls Family Dental. My entire family has been going there for the past 15 plus years. We have never been treated any less than terrific by all of the staff. You can't go wrong with Dr. Hendrix.

I hate going to this dentist, BUT its only because I know that she's going to do what's best for me and that occasionally means I might need to get a filling or some other work to fix old problems I've been battling for years. I'd much rather have a thorough doctor and highly trained staff address these issues, even if I don't like what they're going to tell me. Sure, having a dentist tell me everything is just hunky-dory SOUNDS GREAT, but I know that's not always going to be good for me. For the days when I do need to get work done, as difficult as they can be, Dr. Hendrix and her staff are very pleasant and patient. It's obvious that they are highly trained and skilled. With respect to all this COVID business, the office takes all imaginable measures to minimize the risk of exposure. I trust this office with not only my care, but that of 4 other of my family members because we know that while we may not always love being there, Dr. Hendrix and her staff will care for us well.
