I had to have several teeth extracted and found the staff to be absolutely wonderful. The procedure went better than i could have ever expected. The staff are always courteous and polite. What a great experience. It’s been a while since I’ve been there and although my initial process went well I had an issue with my dentures. When I called them back to see what could be done with a tooth that had fallen out, not broken but fell out they needed to set up an appointment and charge me money for X-rays before they could even tell me IF they could fix it. Doesn’t make sense to me so I’d be very weary of coming in to a place that seems to value your dollar more than you as a person. Would not recommend.

Dr Hendrix and the staff at River Falls Family Dental are the best. Everyone is caring, compassionate and competent.

Very friendly atmosphere, staff were great. I had 18 teeth pulled and it seemed I was in and out in no time. I got more to be done and I'm definitely having Dr. Hendrix and her staff finish the job.

My first visit was great!! When I walked up to the front desk the staff welcomed me with warm smiles, even Dr Hendrix. I can’t remember the hygienist name, but she took the time to educate herself on my teeth and gums. Dr Hendrix did thorough exam, and X-rays. Working together they have come up with a plan for me, so I can get my teeth and gums back to good health since I have Periodontal disease. Thank you so much for making my visit great😊 dsteoud

I had to find a new dentist after my dentist for years passed away. He set a standard I did not think anyone would be able to attain....then came along Dr Hendrix. She is spot on polite, clean and gave me a though teeth cleaning and gum assessment. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I would first like to say...I Hate The Dentist. But, I love this team. They are always professional, courteous and make me feel like I matter. I go without having all the anxiety that I felt in the past with other offices. I love the dentist. She is a real person that talks with me not to or at me. She gives me clear and understandable information. She hears me when I speak and care how I feel. She gives me confidence in her team and my care. She is the real deal. I will be forever grateful for finding such an amazing place for myself and my family.
