I’m a patient of the unique family density for three years now they are friendly easy to talk to they love my kids

I've never in my life have been more upset leaving an office. I'm stupid for even waiting 2 hours to be seen, yes 2 hours. Not to mention that 3 other people were seen before me. I was not expecting the dentist to do a routine cleaning, but if her cleaning is any representation of dental work, I would run. The water pick sprayed in my face more that in my mouth. The direction of cleaning was so random, not done tooth my tooth or atleast section by section of the mouth. It felt rushed and unprofessional. Also, who doesn't also use tools to scrap the teeth? I've never had a cavity or any other dental work other than braces, so it is easy to say that I should be the simplest of patients. But why not use the correct tools to give a proper cleaning? How and why was I not even asked if I floss? Perhaps because she didn't even have the decency to floss my teeth, as every other hygienist and dentist I've been to in 30+ years have done. The cleaning agent to polish my teeth was just as sporadically as my water pick cleaning, spent more time on my gums than my teeth. Then the audacity to say she normally charges $50 to apply floruide to the teeth but it is complimentary as I'm a first time visitor. I never asked for it nor consented to it, she just shoved her finger into my mouth and started rubbing it everywhere. Also why the hell are there cameras in the room? Shady, shady, shady. I guess this is the punishment for having state health insurance - can't wait for my benefits at work to kick in so I never have to have such a negligent experience again. I rather pay out of pocket at my trusted dentist than use the useless insurance for a very unprofessional experience.

This was my 3rd visit to Unique Family dentist. My appointment was for 12pm today, but I didn't get in room until 12:45. Took the doctor 20 minutes to come in room, after numbing me up, doctor left again for another 15 minutes. This doctor was a male, woman doctor wasn't there. Everytime he back then left. I had a crown done. Of course I have to go back Jan 11 for permanent plus a deep clean. This doctor was not pleasant either. Also the woman helping him was like he coming in, 15 minutes later. If they don't seat me at 12pm on Jan 11th. I will report them to Bob. Plus the 2 times I was there I liked woman.

I really feel so comfortable coming to this place. I'm not a dentist person but the staff there are so helpful they go above and beyond! I'm so happy I found this place! Thank you all.

The amount of professionalism your business lacks on a social media platform is disgusting and it violates HIPPA on all levels! I must say, it’s one thing for someone to leave a review and to share the information about THEIR case, but for you all to disclose information about a client and their issues with you all, ALL FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR REPUTATION is another. Individuals leave reviews based on THEIR experience and perspective, which is very much so subjective. So a simple, “I’m sorry that was your experience, but that was not our perspective,”would’ve done you more justice. I dont know about anyone else reading these classless responses from you all but I would stay FAR AWAY from the outside looking in.You do better when you know better! Hope this helps :)

WORST Dentist in America!! You will DIE if you come here! The lady had me come into the office just so she can run my insurance and get paid 💀. I’m currently pregnant & this dentist DID NOT advocate for me or even TRY to help with the pain in my mouth. The dentist is LAZY! The people at the front desk hung in my face and this is just ridiculous! THIS IS REALLY A HOLE IN THE WALL! I WOULDN’T SEND MY DOG HERE. I’m taking legal action and I’m definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I’ll have a few of my family do the same. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL DIE!!!

Dr. Gharaffi knows what she is doing. Had a great experience today. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable. First time was a charm. Already made my next appointment. Very satisfied. Staff was so nice and courteous.
