Totally do not recommend this clinic at all when I m telling you that the doctor her self is so unprofessional I’m being as honest as I can she denied my procedures after I had to call get them approved and everything . This is the reason the doctor got upset because I kept asking questions and apparently that bothered her but I mean I’m the patient she’s the doctor she should have an answer to all my concerns and she didn’t like me asking questions about my procedure started and started talking to me with an attitude now hear me out one thing I do not tolerate it’s somebody being rude for no reason . I was asking questions again like I mentioned before I’m the patient she’s the doctor so she started to get rude had an attitude and I have her the same treatment back she had an attitude so did I so apparently she didn’t like that and is being so unprofessional that due to that she’s cancelling all my procedures . Now I’m posting the letter they sent me so they don’t try and come here talking about it’s not them it’s the wrong office or I’m not a patient there and I will make sure as well to remove my husband to receive any type of services with her . Had a good experience with the receptionist she’s nice as well as the medical assistance they not the problem the doctor is she needs to retire because that attitude is nasty !!!

The single worst experience of my life. Dentist complained about the difficulty of the extraction during procedure. When I complained about the intense pain she stopped half way through and literally made me beg her to finish! There is something seriously wrong with that lady. Afterwards I discovered she had removed one tooth completely and shattered the tooth I had payed to be extracted leaving a jagged remnant that from time to time lacerates my tongue. If I had the means or support I would sue her for mine and the public’s sake.

I have been seeing Dr Ghaffari for a few years now since she was in Elizabeth Nj and I am very satisfied with her treatment of my teeth, now located at Linden Nj, her an her staff are very professional and make you feel at ease compared to other establishment I have visited before. Definitely a pleasure seeing my dentist now.
