best dentist office I have ever been to... and I am old..everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable....love Dr. Hendrix!!!!!

Typically a trip to the dentist causes a bit of nerves. My entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. In all my years of dental care, I never thought I’d use the words “calm”, “gentle”, or “educational” after a trip. The staff is compassionate and respectful. Would recommend to anyone seeking a dentist in or around the area!

Dr Hendrix is professional, compassionate, gentle, considerate and (I’d love to have more friends like her) as well as extremely competent in her field. She is the template for ALL of her staff even though she inherited at least one from Dr Williams (Kathy, I love you!) I actually have a family member who is a dentist who would give me the “family” discount but I choose Dr Hendrix and her ladies for all my dental needs.

I love this dentist office!! Everyone is incredibly friendly, fun, and kind. It is like walking in to visit good friends. Julie the dental hygienist has an electrifying personality and helps me feel at ease. Kathy and Misty at the front desk are always a pleasure. I love that the office breaks down all the cost for me before my appointments so there are never any surprises! Dr. Hendrix is amazing and thorough. She is very informative and I always leave the office with a complete understanding of my next step and what is going on with my dental health. I wish that more doctors had the same integrity as Dr. Hendrix. I love that she reads my chart and greets me by name when I enter the building. If you’re looking for a dentist I highly recommend River Falls Family Dental!

I honestly can't say enough about how awesome Dr. Hendrix and the entire staff are. Not only are they personable, kind, fun, and experts they are compassionate about their job and compassionate to their clients. My brother recently passed away and that day I had a 3hr procedure scheduled. I called bright and early that morning Misty answered, I told her what was going on and I needed to cancel. Without hesitation, she said are you okay? I am so sorry, if there is anything you need please let us know, and she meant it!! A few days later, I received a store bought sympathy card and each staff member personally took time to write a message extending their condolences.. This meant more to me then they will every know. Thanks for being the best!

Had a tooth extraction. Dr. Hendrix, like always, explained in detail the procedure she was going to perform on me. She was very professional and conscientious trough the entire procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Hendrix.

I took my son here for the first time today. I was very pleasantly surprised how nice everyone was. The Dentist was very thorough, and even took extra xrays to make sure nothing was missed. They made sure all our questions were awnsered, and don't rush you like alot of Doctors/ Dentist do. My son really liked the Dentist, and hygienist also which helps alot. I look forward to bringing the rest of my family here. We have finally found a great dentist for our family!
