Dr. Hendrix and her staff are alwsays considerate of my feelings and whether I am comfortable with any procedure that is being performed at the time. I appreciate that she always makes apologies for any delays that occur and explains in detail what she is doing while she is working on my teeth.

Today's visit was just a cleaning, but the staff and Dr. Hendrix are so friendly and professional it like visiting with friends! They do an excellent job of taking care of my dental health and explaining treatments that I understand. I highly recommend a visit!

Dr. Hendrix and her entire staff are terrific, they are professional, very skilled and care about their patients. They explain the procedures they are going to perform in detail and send documented instructions home if needed. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I have a fear of going to the dentist which stems back 40 years. Dr. Hendrix and her team made me feel comfortable and like my concerns were valid and mattered. I've never had a dentist take time to break down each issue I'm having tooth by tooth and explain what procedures would be needed. Dr. Hendrix just gave it to me straight and I appreciate that. I will write another review after I have my extraction on the 8th!

Just plain rude. Avoid at all costs. Dr Williams was wonderful, but things have gone downhill since Hoete took over, they overcharge for everything.,it's not my responsibility to fund your new Mercedes. Elitist attitudes.
