OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I have a fear of going to the dentist which stems back 40 years. Dr. Hendrix and her team made me feel comfortable and like my concerns were valid and mattered. I've never had a dentist take time to break down each issue I'm having tooth by tooth and explain what procedures would be needed. Dr. Hendrix just gave it to me straight and I appreciate that. I will write another review after I have my extraction on the 8th!

Her staff are friendly and make each appointment as enjoyable as possible. If you have fears or concerns they will listen carefully and do everything they can to help!

Just plain rude. Avoid at all costs. Dr Williams was wonderful, but things have gone downhill since Hoete took over, they overcharge for everything.,it's not my responsibility to fund your new Mercedes. Elitist attitudes.

Very pleased with my first visit at River Falls Family Dental. Dr. Hendrix and her staff were welcoming and made sure to be thorough as they explained my treatment. If you are looking for a life long dentist office, this is the place to go.
