I feel like I'm just visiting friends. That's how comfortable the atmosphere is. I always have great conversations with everyone there. Dr. Hendrix always asks how my mom is doing and I ask about hers, which in it's self, is a humorous conversation. It's not an office where you just feel like you are a file on their shelf, you are included in your care as well. Which is the way it should be in healthcare; it's empowering. I love everyone there.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hendrix and staff. I recently had two fillings redone. Going into my appointment I knew needles would be involved. I HATE needles and was super anxious. The staff knew how I felt and made my visit extremely pleasant. Dr. Hendrix and staff were patient and understanding with my fears! Do yourself a favor and go see them if you need dental work done. Dr. Hendrix called to check on me after to add an extra bonus! They care about their patients and it shows! If you’re in the market, check them out! You WILL NOT be disappointed!

This was hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. From my initial booking call right through to scheduling my follow up appointments, Dr. Hendrix and her staff were fantastic. Kind, friendly, incredibly informative. From my initial call to schedule I was given all the information I needed to feel comfortable and confident walking in to my initial exam. Dental care is never inexpensive, but the pricing at River Falls is very fair and explained as thoroughly as I have ever experienced. I love that in addition to the customary xrays Dr. Hendrix also takes very thorough regular pictures so that I could further understand what the xrays were showing us and that I now understand my treatment plan and the investment I'm making in my smile more clearly than I ever thought possible for a dentist. The dental hygienist who worked with me was so much fun to chat with and made sure that I knew I was valued as a patient from the moment I walked into the exam room. Dr. Hendrix herself spent nearly half an hour one on one with me discussing the exam findings, proposed treatment plan, and her philosophy on patient care. I have never met a more attentive dentist! She has clearly put together an all star staff who know exactly what they're doing and how to put any patient at ease. I never in my life thought that I would say this, but I'm honestly looking forward to starting my treatment plan!
