This is a very welcoming dental office! I am very anxious with the dentist, and they made me feel comfortable.

I have not been to a dentist for a very long time and feared judgment. This did NOT happen with River Falls. The office staff and dentist have been amazing. They are friendly and caring and explained everything they do and all of my options. They were also thorough in checking my insurance for what they cover and what my cost would be. I highly recommend River Falls Family Dental for all of your dental needs!

I will start by saying that I do not have experience in the dental field, but I do have experience as a medic in the Army. I know how to triage, and I know when I am being taken seriously. Dr. Hendrix and her team took me seriously in a true dental emergency that my daughter experienced. If you want genuine care, this team will give you that. They are passionate about the health and quality of care each person receives. I scheduled appointments with another office on August 9th to be seen in October. Two weeks ago, my daughter had severe dental pain that was a potential emergency (I even reached out to a family friend who is a dentist and asked him what to tell the receptionist to make sure I was taken seriously). I called the original office I had appointments with and several other offices, but all tried to schedule her for 2 weeks+, despite the urgency I expressed. After searching for an emergency dentist, I found River Falls Family Dental and they immediately took my concerns seriously. Honestly, I did not need to tell them what my friend said – that is how fast they worked! They got her in on the same day, discovered that she did have an abscess, and then referred us to Core Endodontics for specific imaging and care (Outstanding team as well!). After Core Endodontics discovered what care my daughter needed, we were sent back to Dr. Hendrix for an emergency extraction. All of this happened in less than 24 hours. THEN, Dr. Hendrix took the time on Sunday evening, before Labor Day, to call and check on my daughter. Dr. Hendrix and her team listened to me and took my concerns extremely seriously. No one treated me like I was overreacting, dismissed what I was saying, or put me off to a more convenient day. Moreover, every bit of care, concern, and follow-up attention was genuine. There was no single point in time that I felt like anyone was inconvenienced by the situation, nor did I feel like we were just another patient. My daughter has recovered and is so grateful to Dr. Hendrix for everything she did and how much they all care. We are excited to be new patients in her office and plan to be for a lifetime!

Did an excellent job at stopping the pain.

I visited River Falls Family Dental in July of 2022. I was looking for a new dentist since the dentist I had been seeing for 30+ years retired. He was an excellent dentist who continues teaching at UofL dentistry. I was told by River Falls Family Dental that for $99 I could get an exam and my teeth cleaned. Oddly, I was required to pay in advance of my visit, which seemed unusual. After an examination I was told they could not clean my teeth. I was told of many problems with my teeth. Really! I have never missed a dentist appointment in my entire adult life and had never been informed of problems with my teeth. I was told I had gum disease which would require periodontal scaling, I had six teeth which required fillings, I had three upper teeth which needed to be extracted and replaced with a bridge or implants. We are talking about thousands of dollars and 4 to 6 months of work. Wow. But I had been seeing an excellent dentist for over 30 years, how could this be. I called my old dentist’s office (his son had now taken over the business) with this information. They disagreed with the prognosis based on my history and recommended other opinions. I called River Falls Family Dental and requested my x-rays so I could get a second opinion. I went to another dentist with many years of experience and took him the x-rays. His first comment was in the full scan I wore my eyeglasses which is a no-no, and any x-ray tech should know to have you remove your glasses. He disagreed with the recommendations of River Falls Family Dental. My teeth were fine. They cleaned my teeth, which is all I needed. Six months later I went to another dentist which is now my current dentist. I did not inform him of my experience with River Falls Family Dental. I did not want to influence his exam. This dentist took x-ray’s and examined my teeth and did not have any recommendations. They cleaned my teeth and said keep up the good dental hygiene. Based on my experience I would not recommend River Falls Family Dental. I am glad I sought more professional opinions.

First visit to this location and great experience so far. The staff that helped have been pretty friendly.

I used to hate to go to the Dentist!! All that changed when I met Dr. Williams and his excellent staff!! Everyone there is super friendly and easy to work with, but the most important thing is that things get done and done properly with no pain!! To me that's the highest compliment anyone can pay a Dentist and Dr. Williams certainly deserves it!!

I have always felt uncomfortable going to the dentist. My visits with Dr. Williams has been nothing but pleasant and pain free. They have been extremely convenient when it comes to setting up an appointment or even having to reschedule an appointment. The office staff is always courteous and greets me with a smile. Thank you all for being so awesome!!!!
