I am a new patient at river falls and had my first visit today. I typically deal with a lot of anxiety towards going to the dentist and the staff here has been so amazing. Kathy and I spoke several times over the phone and she was very detail oriented about my appointment and the cost, but already provided so much comfort about my visit. They are very concise in a respectful way and I appreciated that. Can’t wait to continue my journey with river falls family dental :)

I chipped a front tooth on a Saturday. I was given an appointment on Tuesday. Dr. Brad did a temporary crown saving my tooth. The procedure was almost painless. Numbing the gums was the worst part, but Dr. Brad is very skilled. The permanent crown was installed, and it looks great! The staff has always been welcoming, patient and supportive.

Dr. Hendricks and her team at River Falls Family dental have been amazing to work with! I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they go out of their way to make sure I know what’s going on and that I’m comfortable. The office staff is very friendly and helpful when navigating appointments and payments too!

I usually don’t like going to the dentist other than having my teeth cleaned, however, Dr Hendrix and her staff make you feel very comfortable and make it as pleasant as possible. All of my family who live in the area go to River Falls Family Dental and I have also referred friends who use River Falls Family Dental. Highly recommend them!

I have been searching my whole life for the perfect family dentist and this is it. My wife and child both go here and the newborn will when she gets teeth! Amazing staff and very personable, will continue to come back!
