Truly the best experience I’ve had with dental staff ever. From the ladies who scheduled me for an emergency visit & helped me with my paperwork to the ladies who did my X-rays testing for periodontal disease, every one has been genuinely kind, very thorough & detailed in educating me. I’m so grateful!

Everyone here is so kind! I’ve always had a fear of medical exams, but I felt very calm and comfortable here. The environment is very warm and inviting, in comparison to the usual stark white walls and bright lights of a doctor’s office. It feels like home. My mom has chosen River Falls for years, and brought me to them for the first time today. As my first appointment at an office for grown-ups, they really made sure that I felt safe and cared for, and I can safely say that I will choose them for years to come. :^)

I have major dental anxiety, mainly from prior dentists not taking me seriously when I talk to them. This team did an amazing job explaining what was going to happen all while also listening to my concerns and implementing an action plan to ease my anxiety. I feel absolutely confident in their ability to take care of the patient first. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you.

I highly recommend River Falls Family Dental if you are looking for dental care that is open, honest and hospitable. I recently had oral surgery under the care of this facility with 4 extractions and 4 bone grafts. They have taken such wonderful care of me and answered every concern and question I could ask, and more that I didn't know to ask. The whole facility is welcoming and competent! Dr. Hendrix is well versed in the field of Dentistry and has the best bedside manner I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I was apprehensive at first, having expensive dental work is usually surrounded with anxiety, but spending time with Dr. Hendrix and her staff and understanding the why and how of my dental health has left me with nothing but trust and respect. Dr. Hendrix has been completely forthcoming and transparent about things with me and I cannot give her and her staff enough praise.

The team is so friendly, with a calm and low-key environment. I was always able to reach someone easily on the phone leading up to my appt and my appointment itself was relaxed but efficient - they made sure they had time for me without long wait times or rushing through my appointment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dental team in the area!
