Dr. Hendrix and her staff are very thorough and explain the treatment before, during and after. They are very courteous in asking how you are and make their patients feel comfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Hendrix if you are in search of an excellent dentist.

Great team. Dr Hendrix is outstanding. She took out an infected tooth the same day as my exam, without having to wait until the next appointment. Thank you Dr. Hendrix! Other than the numbing shots, the extraction was pain free and I barely felt any pressure. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. They took away much of my anxiety. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Hendrix and her staff. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Dr. Hendrix was very patient in answering all my questions, and explained all my problems in detail. She truly seems to care about what you are going through. The whole staff is caring and kind. This was my first appointment with them and I could not be more pleased. You won't be disappointed with the team at River Falls Family Dental!

Truly the best experience I’ve had with dental staff ever. From the ladies who scheduled me for an emergency visit & helped me with my paperwork to the ladies who did my X-rays testing for periodontal disease, every one has been genuinely kind, very thorough & detailed in educating me. Everyone here is so kind! I’ve always had a fear of medical exams, but I felt very calm and comfortable here. The environment is very warm and inviting, in comparison to the usual stark white walls and bright lights of a doctor’s office. It feels like home. My mom has chosen River Falls for years, and brought me to them for the first time today. As my first appointment at an office for grown-ups, they really made sure that I felt safe and cared for, and I can safely say that I will choose them for years to come. :^)

I have major dental anxiety, mainly from prior dentists not taking me seriously when I talk to them. This team did an amazing job explaining what was going to happen all while also listening to my concerns and implementing an action plan to ease my anxiety. I feel absolutely confident in their ability to take care of the patient first. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you.
