My experience at River Falls Family Dental was absolutely phenomenal. I am typically very scared of the dentist and prior to today I hadn’t been in over 3 years, but today was my most pleasant dental experience to date. Everyone on the staff is so kind. They are honest about what is needed and go over the details of what work is needed with you thoroughly, but no one was judgmental or intimidating. The admin staff is also incredible and very passionate and knowledgeable about the work that they do! This team really made my first trip back to the dentist amazing, and I am so overjoyed and confident with them as my decision for my dental care moving forward.

First visit here and it was amazing! Like most people I was skeptical about going to a new dentist, but once I walked in and the very first person that worked there made contact with me I knew it was the right choice! From the receptionist to the hygienist and dentist everyone there was very personable and friendly! Great decision for my husband and I both! If your looking for a new dentist, I definitely would recommend this office!

Told Stephanie about problems I was having while I was here for my daughters cleaning and she got me an appointment for the next week to see what was going on. Julie took my X-rays that always hurt because I have an extra bone in my mouth. She did amazing and was extremely understanding and explained everything going on. Haven’t seen the dentist yet but everyone else here so far is awesome!!!!

I am a new patient. Dr Hendrix and her hygienist and staff were helpful and professional. I appreciated that Dr Hendrix clearly explained my X-ray findings and took time to listen and answer all my questions. We discussed immediate and longer term treatment options.

The staff was timely and super friendly! Going to the dentist always makes me so anxious, but everyone in the office was super helpful and kind.

They were simply amazing! I had the most anxiety going in from a different dental group, but they helped ease that away. They were very informative and we have a PLAN! I can't wait to go back to get started.
