Very professional from the time you walk in the door, the staff are outstanding Nicole made sure all my appointments fit my schedule and was willing to pick me up if Needed . Shelley made sure I understood everything I needed to know about my procedure very helpful The Doctor was outstanding she made me feel confident in what I wanted to do and I couldn’t thank you enough for that. As ALWAYS, Dr. A and her staff of Shelly, Nicole and Ole, were AMAZING to work with. The office is always clean, welcoming and an ABSOLUTE VIBE ❤️. I've been coming them for a little over 7 months, but each time I'm greeted with a smile and familiarity since they have remembered my face and greet me by name. They're always on time, allowing me to never feel rushed. I often find myself having to contain myself because the music puts you in the mood of enjoyment and makes me want to dance and sing along with it. As I've said, it's a vibe. the best dentist i've been too since especially being a new issuance user they made everything make sense and home warming during my visit. ms shelly and dr a. are very great at accommodating needs and get the job done!! i think i will be making this my permanent dentist thank you guys

If you're reading this review it's probably because you're looking for a new dentist and you want someone who's kind, with a sense of humor, and isn't going to tell you that you have imaginary cavities so they can bill you crazy amounts of money. Dr. Akinwande is that dentist so just call and book your appointment ok!! I literally live in a different state now, but I will always come back to Maryland to see her.

So my experience with Dr. Akinwande has been a long journey. Her exceptional care has been stellar and I wouldn't have made it through without her empathy. She guided me through my extractions, bridges, Invisalign for the absolute perfectly aligned smile and eliminated my alignment and over crowding. She got my teeth four shades whiter in the same day. She stood by my side through everything over a few years. Her bed side manner is what made me stay with her even when I was ready to quit. I appreciate her more than she will ever know and highly recommend her for all of your dental needs. She is strict in her oral hygiene recommendations but she will make sure you are taking care of your teeth as you should. The front desk matches Dr. Akinwandes stellar professionalism and genuine care. You cannot go wrong with Open Smiles Dental. And will be honest with you all along the way!
