Beautiful Location. Scheduled me for a last minute same day appointment and got me in and out quickly. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and warm. I was very nauseous during my appointment and they took care of me and assisted me when I got sick in the lobby! Phenomenal service.

I have found me a DENTIST!! I'm extremely satisfied with the services received. Dr. Sly and her staff was very comforting, gentle, friendly, thorough and professional. Very nice modern office and pricing was reasonable. Overall AMAZING!

Great location; beautiful decor; the dental assistants were super nice and friendly; their services are more expensive than other dentists I've worked with. They can seem a bit pushy offering services and calling to "schedule treatment" I finally just had to tell them they called me already and that I had indicated I would call when I was ready to schedule the treatment. I appreciate their efforts to offer quality care but the pushiness is a big turn off; I am currently debating if I stay with them or start looking for another dentist. If they call you to schedule "treatment" make sure you ask which treatment specifically, you could think you have a dental cleaning and be hit with way more charges for other recommended treatments; I believe patients have a right to refuse treatment or seek treatment elsewhere. I was told the dentists "requires" all her patients to get the fluoride treatment from her; what if I choose to get it on a toothpaste? Anyway, posh offices; they seem knowledgeable but the pushiness is to much ... it was disappointing because I was looking to support minority or female owned small businesses but may be going back to Castle Dental soon. UPDATE: I changed from two to one star, due to the owner's response; there's a difference between "reminding" and being pushy if clients indicate "please do not call " and that they will call when they are ready to schedule there is no need to call on a weekly basis; again more expensive than other places but "super posh".

Dr. Sly and the staff at Hermann Park Smiles was amazing. Their service was fast and affordable. I loved that I was able to watch tv while getting work done. I’ll be returning for all my dental needs!

Update) it wasn't my insurance you had trouble. now you guys are just making stuff up. and please stop the calls I don't want to go back here. Additional updates) I only write about bad one i want ppl to avoid place i had bad experience in. But about HIDDEN fee “any fee that clients doesn’t know about it and get it applied on during procedure and gets charge for it” It doesnt have to be hidden somewhere... whatever service that is going to be clear and mention before its applied on and charge and gets agreement by client but it wasnt the case for me. Floride was one thing (I didnt know about this until check out to pay for it) all of sudden yall hit me with “oh everybody does it” and some service yall told me should be covered, yet i got a bill back for me. Yall told me if should be covered yet if you get a bill for it... well its gonna be unpleasant. If my insurance didnt cover then yall are expensive Thank yall for review and im so glad yall read this. Im just sharing my thoughts here Original: Worst dentist I ever been to... period Hidden fees and so over priced.... that good dental insurance doesnt cover all the way... They wont tell you what they done... until last min. and will charge you all the unknowingly. Bad service, cleaning wasnt good... i wont be back
