My experience with Herman Park smiles was great. I did not expect to be seen that day. I walked in inquiring about been a new patient. Ms Mari ask did I have insurance, I told her yes, she ask for my insurance information I gave it to her. Then she asked if I wanted to be seen that day. I said, sure.Ms. Mari said she, would verify my insurance and I could return and the Dr could see me. All of the staff was very professional. Dr Sly has a great personality and a beautiful office. I only received cleaning and X-rays and exam. Unfortunately I have cavities. I will return on a up date on treatment experience.

If I could make no stars I would !!! Last week I’ve scheduled a 9am appointment, when I walked in, to my surprise they were already someone in the waiting room. I’ve waited 50 minutes, the 9:45am appointment started to walk in when I was still waiting. The dentist hour opens at 9am so how did I have to wait 50 min??? She scheduled 4 patients at the same time, but I had to leave disappointed as I had to go to work. It’s not ok, she needs to respect her clients’s time.

My experience was great! Crystal was extremely helpful at the front desk and even offered to schedule an appointment with an endodontist I’m being referred to for me. Dr. Sly is down to earth and definitely knows what she’s doing. Karen was awesome too; she even patted my shoulder as Dr. Sly numbed my gums. :) Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. Try them out!
